Account Closure Policy
Effective Date: July 16, 2026
At Anthony Ray Show, we strive to maintain a secure and reliable experience for all customers. To help protect our platform and manage inactive accounts, we may close accounts that have remained inactive for an extended period.
Inactive Accounts
If your Anthony Ray Show account has no activity for 36 consecutive months, we may permanently close your account.
Account activity includes, but is not limited to:
- Signing in to your account.
- Making a purchase.
- Responding to an account inactivity notification from the email address associated with your account.
Account Closure Notice
Before closing your account, we will send a notification to the email address registered to your account at least seven (7) days before the scheduled closure date.
To keep your account active, simply sign in, make a purchase, or reply to the notification email using the same email address linked to your account.
Our Right to Close Accounts
Anthony Ray Show reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close inactive accounts in accordance with this policy and our Terms of Service. We may also take any other action necessary to protect our platform, customers, and business operations.
Reopening a Closed Account
Can I reopen my account after it has been closed?
No. Once an account has been permanently closed under this Account Closure Policy, it cannot be reopened or restored.
If you wish to use Anthony Ray Show services again after your account has been closed, you must create a new account, which will be subject to our current Terms of Service, eligibility requirements, and any applicable policies.
Policy Updates
Anthony Ray Show reserves the right to modify or update this Account Closure Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective when posted, unless otherwise stated.
