Verification ID Policy

To help protect our business and customers from fraud, identity verification may be required for certain orders, including high-value purchases or any order we determine requires additional review.

If verification is required:

• Your order will be placed on hold until the requested verification has been completed.
• If verification is not received within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled, and any applicable refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

We require verification to help prevent fraudulent transactions, unauthorized purchases, refunds obtained through fraud, and chargebacks.

Chargeback Policy

If a customer files a chargeback for a legitimate transaction without first contacting us to resolve the issue, the associated account may be suspended while the chargeback is under review.

If the chargeback is decided in our favor and the amount remains unpaid, the account will remain suspended until any outstanding balance owed to Anthony Ray Show has been paid in full.

We encourage customers to contact our customer support team first so we can work toward a fair resolution before a chargeback is filed.
